Return Policy

•Products must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
•Final sale items, custom-made products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

•In-Store Returns: You may return items in person at our store location. Please bring the original receipt or packing slip for verification.
•Mail Returns: You can return items by mail using a shipping service of your choice. Include the original packing slip or order number, and send the items to:

3. Return Shipping Fees
•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Refund Processing
•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
•Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
1. Exchange Eligibility
•Items can be exchanged for a different size, color, or product of equal or lesser value within 30 days of the purchase date.
•The item must be in its original condition with tags attached.
